You're probably just gonna quit of boredom.

This place is in a deep deep coma, and unless we come up with some fresh projects that are actually finished it's most likely not gonna change.

Either that or if some kind of C++ messiah comes and magically makes smw netplay happen.

Next year I'm going to start learning C++ at school so I might give it a shot. No promises though, I already tried making a lan-based multiplayer game in gamemaker and well, It didn't work as well as planned. But then again, gamemaker is kinda **** if you ask me.

Too bad we're not going to study C++ after a boring almost-year of C. (gawd they shouldn't prepare Java for us this fast), so bad for me given the chance of me helping (assumption).

Anyway. still lurking.

...and this is where I come in. With permission from the devs, of course. Aside from that, though, I kind of need to learn C++...

After I had turned 9 I looked up a "game maker" and came across, well, Game Maker. With that, that's where I kind of began. I haven't used GM ever since before GM8 came out, though. I've some previous experience with some scripting languages, most notably Lua and Python. I've mostly just experimented around with what I can do (pretty much hobbyist programming if that's what you'd like to call it), but I still have the capability to do full-blown work on things.

If people would like for me to, then I will gladly put my time and effort into SMW ...and learning C++.

/me is back.

Lot's of things did happen  :?:

I had quite equal time to learn both Java and C++. Since I'm just self-studying C++ (from learning Java at school), I guess I could use my knowledge and revive SMWar some time.

I believe in a C++ messiah, though a messiah coding SMWar, there are hardly any of them.

Python could be of use, but not really that very useful.

Anyway, that app of yours looks pretty good.

I'm back.

If there is any semblance of life in this forum, I will act to revive it. Its sad to see the state of the FC board after all these years. I plan on do as much as I can to create an interest once more.
Fist with a ring on it.

Seeing how this forum has had a little bit of activity lately, I've decided to try and help it spring back to life.

How long has it been since I last posted in the forum? College has been very hectic for me lately.

 Never mind. I can't believe I've been away for almost a year!
