I think there are more than 40 diferent "classic" MegaMan games so you'll be busy for a while.

Are you going to play them with emus, with Wii, or do you have original games?

I wanted to rip (extract sprites from) the first saga for NES (1 to 6) but I only did it for MM1, 2, 4 and 5. ^_^

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, MM & Bass, MM & Bass 2, I, II, III, IV, V, Wily Wars, MM Powered Up!, Power Battles, and Power Fighters.  That's 20.  :)  I'm not doing any game from the series that is not a platformer, which was never released in Japan, or which is simply an unenhanced re-release of another game.

Also, to answer your question, I'm playing the Anniversary Collection for 1-8 and the arcade games, GBA for M&B, PSP for Powered Up, Wii for MM9, and emus for everything else.

Wich ones are the I, II, III, IV and V? The GB ones?!

Emmm, the classics, classics, are just the first saga for NES and GB (and now MM9 for Wii). But The classic (refering to old) includes MMX, MMX2, MMX3, MMSoccer, and the others you said.

Mega Man 7 is done!  Also, the second Wily form can fall in a hole and die.

Yes.  Several times.  But not during that fight, because there were no holes there.

Also, I just beat Mega Man III.  Once I started using special weapons through the levels, it got a lot easier.  :P

Have fun with V's stardroids. :P
Also, for Wily Wars, if you're using emulation, I suggest getting the Japanese Rockman Megaworld so the save function actually works and the game plays at the right speed.
Oh, and one last thing. MegaMan and Bass and Rockman and Forte are the same game.  I don't think anything was changed except the fact that MM&B is GBA and RM&F is SNES... now that I think about that, it's enough of a difference to count. Proceed. :P Best of luck on the rest of your quest!

I did get the Japanese version of Wily Wars.  Also, in order to make it save, you have to have the [a] dump.  ;)

And by R&F I actually mean the Wonderswan game Rockman & Forte: Challenger from the Future, which was a sequel to Megaman & Bass that Bandai licensed and made for said system.  I downloaded a WS emulator just to play it.  :A
