What's on your mind thread
« on: September 18, 2008, 11:26:09 PM »
I find that often I want to say something about what's going on in my life, but it isn't important enough to warrant a topic. Here I thought we could try to post those things that are on our mind, but don't quite deserve their own topic. In other words, it's a continuously moving topic that changes as the users wish it to. The topic can change every post, with people posting random thoughts about their life, or you may choose to comment on a person's thought for a while. Who knows, this may flop, but I think most of us have a lot of small things that we'd like to say. This thread is in your hands. Go.

Edit: Don't be afraid to post something that you don't think is important enough, or something that others will care about. This is just for you to put your thoughts into words, vent, etc.

Edit 2: And please keep this thread sane. Though we are in Everything Else, don't be dumb and spam in this thread.

Edit 3: Oh, and for Strum Guy, and to calm all your fears: This thread is safe from the Psychic Beacon.

My internet's continuous stream of bullcrap is causing me large amounts of rage.
Three nights in a row now that it's cut out for hours at a time.
That's about it.

So I'm playing metal gear online right, and then I level up right but my rank's sloth (gets headshot a lot, but 50% of the community are sloths) but I play nothing like a sloth! I mean, sloths are generally really bad, and people are all durr hurr start a new character. But I've got like 50 hours on this character and you have to buy a new character slot, I mean sure I got one with the expansion pack but I never intended on playing on that gay looking character.

My provider cut my monthly bandwidth from 65 GB to 45. It sucks.

Times today are just as bad what with the video game market being made up of 80% first person shooters that are 80% brown and 20% black and 100% bloom.

I'm not surprised - sports (especially high school sports) are such a time killer. Do you play for your high school then? What position?

This is pretty sweet. Is someone just hosting it for the hell of it or what? Actually, it almost sounds like it could be a great fund raiser. I should talk to my friend - he's the president of NHS at our school... we always need fund raisers.
