[MOD] "Wario" (SMW 1.8 Mod)

I don't recognize 'em from any other Wario game, so thus far, they've been all custom... except for some of the menu stuff.  Those I've seen in Wario Ware games.  Not too sure about the faces for the match select, but I know I've seen 'em somewhere before...

I'm with Jim on this one.  That is awesome work, talic.
Personally, I hope this stays a separate project from the Wario War mod.  From what I've seen, this one looks like it'll turn out better, anyways.

So, what kind of tiles are you using for the tileset, or tilesets even?

Chocolate Land is a Custom Tile Set made by Antonio Barra.
I am Ripping and coloring some Wario Land 3 Tiles for the game.

Most of all sprites are Custom or ripping from some Wario or Mario Game.
I use sprites websites like: Sprite Database or Sprite Resource

I make a 19 Backgrounds ripped from Wario and Mario Games

I Change the Mario Enemies for Wario Land Enemies:

Hey, just a heads-up.  On your chart of the stomp enemy changes, you got the Buzzy Beetle one backwards.  They look really good though!

For the Goomba, why not use one of the Gooms from Wario Land 1 or 2?

i know you said you would do music and sounds, but i happen to have the entire warioland 2 and 4 sound tracks.... so if you need help just say something  I can make them loop/re-encode to ogg, etc.

Don't start that stuff here, you two.  There's no reason that talic can't make his own Wario themed graphics for the game.  Besides, last I checked, your mod consists only of skins and maps.  Talic's actually working on the game's graphics.Trust me, I've had to go through this kind of situation myself back in the early days of the NSMW project, and I'm not too fond of seeing it happen to anyone else.  So whether you three work on your own projects, or decide to team together, there's no point in arguing over it.

Awesome work on the mod; it's a lot harder now in 1.8 with all the new stuff and such. Someone should've moved this to the Mod Factory

Felix is right, this one should go in the Mod Factory, but only if these three decide not to team together.  The final decision will be made upon an answer from the three of them.

Oh yeh! Well perhapps you should try looking harder!
