I have already explained that Ultra is asexual and his lack of a reproductive organ is what causes him to constantly talk about them, so there are only 2 ways Booman can be Ultra's Biological son.

A. Booman was born asexually

or B. Ultra grew organic materials from his own flesh, then assembled these materials to create an organic robot made from Ultra's flesh.
