Halo 3: good or bad?
« on: September 27, 2007, 12:09:44 PM »
Is Halo 3 a bad game because of controls or looks, or is it good because of graphics and one of the best first-person shooters?

Looks/graphics = quite nice
controls = alright

Nothing to complain about, decent game I'd say :V

defanitly not one of the best fps's;
graphics are the same as halo 2, online is medicore compared to other games, story mode sucks but has a alright story line, best bits bog standard multiplayer

When I was watching a friend play, I saw that some of the physics were different.  For example, when you get shot off of a warthog, you don't bounce after you die, you skid, and when you die in the water, you actually float.  In Halo 2, those things don't happen.

No, die on Beaver Creek in the river and go to a stage and die in the water in Halo 3.  There IS a difference.  In Halo 2, you would just lie there.

Halo 2 was better

Halo 3 dies fast
jumps higher
has more weapons
has **** storyline
has a cool flying robot that never dies

Halo 2 had a worse strory line.  Halo 3 is more challenging, which could make better Halo players.

I doubt it.  Sure, Halo 3 has better points than Halo 2, but I'm not saying Halo 2 is worse than Halo 3.  I haven't played Halo 3 enough to make a full assumption.

So you're saying Halo sucks because you haven't played it that often?
