Very 9
« on: April 23, 2007, 03:28:32 PM »
All content by me and made for SMWAFE. You're bound to run into errors if you use 1.7 with this content.

Also yes, this thread has received a quickrevamp with spoilers, just so that it doesn't load all map images at once :V

You know, I'm not even sure how many people actually like my stuff, particularly my maps, which makes me feel a bit sad.
Some comments would be nice <:

-Skins-
The kid from I wanna be the Guy - 1/19/08

Press skin, receive bmp.
This one is sprite rips that were resized and heavily edited to the extent where nothing has been left unmodified.
The palette offered me a too light haircolour so I just used the original, however! :D

Dr. Wily from MM1-whatever - 1/5/08

Press pic, receive bmp :V
100% custom. :D

Eddie from MM2-6 - 1/5/08

Press pic, receive bmp :V!
100% custom and such :V

Master Peng from Kirby - 2/16/08

Press skin, receive bmp.
Sprites ripped by Dr. Shnaps, I merely made a skin from them and added some shading + smw palette, since these were NES-sprites.

Sir Slippy from Kirby - 2/16/08

Press skin, receive bmp.
Sprites ripped by Dr. Shnaps, I merely made a skin from them and added some shading + smw palette, since these were NES-sprites.

Ko - 2/16/08

or team-coloured:

Press skin, receive bmp.
Sprites ripped by LilGrim1991, I merely made a skin from them and added some shading + smw palette, since these were NES-sprites.

Knytt from Knytt - 12/12/07
(too lazy for preview, just click links)
Knytt (No Warp shield or team colours)
With shield
Made from handripped sprites and editing.

Juni from Knytt Stories - 12/12/07
(too lazy for preview, just click links)
Juni (No Warp shield or team colours)
With shield
Made from handripped sprites and editing.

Final Fantasy dump:
Bartz  from Final Fantasy 5 (Best played as Green Team)
Cecil (Dark Knight) from Final Fantasy 4
Rosa from Final Fantasy 4
Alternative to the above Rosa
Galuf from Final Fantasy 5 (best played as green team)
Dancer NPC from Final Fantasy 4
Lenna/Reina from Final Fantasy 5 (impossible to get the correct palette :V)
Faris/Sarisa from Final Fantasy 5 (impossible to get the correct palette as well)
Fusoya from Final Fantasy 4
Bomb from Final Fantasy 4 (Plays best as red team, can be used as bob-omb replacement I'd say :V)
Blackmage  from Final Fantasy 4 (Plays best as Blue team, but who cares)
Whitemage from Final Fantasy 4 (Plays best as Red team, again who cares)
Chocobo from Final Fantasy 4 (Plays best as yellow team)

Final Fantasy sprites all ripped by Tonberry2k, Ryan914 and ?UNKNOWN?. I just made them skins since I was bored for a bit once :V

-Maps-

-Get all maps I made for 1.7 right here!-

Rosenkreuz Stilette:
All of these are from Rosenkreuz Stilette, which is an excellent Megaman clone with lolis and girls that aren't lolis since chests.

Grolla stage "Die Todes Stadt unter dem Mond" - Download
Grolla sorta scares me.

Newest:

[spoilers:1ifv364b]
Residential Area (Deathtanz Mantisk) - Download
MMZ3 is awesome

Chronos Twins - Download
This one is a bit of an oddball, it's based on the strange "Chronos Twins" game for DS in which you play a character in both past and present simultaneously, which might be a bit tough to comprehend, however here's a video. Obviously my map isn't quite what you see there, but you'll see. Took me quite a while to tweak so it made me happy, even though it looks really simple it took longer than most of my maps >:

Water Trap - Download - The more brutal quicktide

Quicktide - Download

Pepe Palace Towers - Download

Pepe Palace Elevator - Download

Pepe Palace Pool Revamped - Download
I really like this one <:

Genshō - Download
Literally "Phenomenon", even though there's nothing phenominal about this map :D

Maids - Download
Very nicely polished checkerboard floor in the middle. Maybe even a bit too polished :V

Welcome to Warp Zone! - Download
I've edited the original Warpzone map I made ages ago a bit to make it more playable, also with the famous corner-glitch thingo.

7smw - Download

Desolated Drought - Download - Request from GGuy

XeiaV2 - Download - Based on a Knytt Stories Level of the same name by Chironex.
This is arguably one of my most favourite maps I've ever made!

-Other things-
Music Packs:
Megaman 2 Music Pack - Download
It's relatively small, 7.6 megabytes zipped is good for a music pack, I'd say. Goes very well with General Guy's map-pack.

Knytt Music Pack - Download
(Also sorry for mediafire download, I'll upload it myself soon.)
Featuring the music/ambience of Knytt and Knytt Stories, best played with no soundeffects or set to very low.
Also I'd tone down the fps a bit to give it a Knytt-y feel.
Also not too large, only 22 megs compared to the 50+ megs ones.

Puzzle Bobble 2 & 3 Music Pack - Download
46 megs, quite large. Has music from Puzzle Bobble/Bust-a-Move 2 and 3.
Works great with the Puzzle Bobble 4 Announcer. :D

Announcers:
Puzzle Bobble 4 Announcer - Download
*Fixed the download* :V
Very small, 183 kb, has sound effects from Puzzle Bobble 4/Bust-a-Move 4.

Are these custom or if they're not, what game are they from?  They're pretty good.

You should try out for a skin competition.  Most skins there are pretty bad. (No offense to anyone that made skins there)

That's strange, did you mess up the palette or so?
Maybe it's the way I uploaded it  :?  ...

You didn't put any red on it, that's why. The red gives off team colors.

Maybe you have forgotten about the secondary team colors.

Quote from: "Exor, from the How to create fan made content topic"
Color Codes

A description of the different colors.

Primary Team Color

Light color - Red: 255, Green: 0, Blue: 0
Medium color - Red: 192, Green: 0, Blue: 0
Dark color - Red: 128, Green: 0, Blue: 0

Changes to:
Red, Green, Yellow, or Blue depending on what team you're playing on.

Skin Color

Light color - Red: 255, Green: 255, Blue: 0
Medium color - Red: 192, Green: 192, Blue: 0
Dark color - Red: 128, Green: 128, Blue: 0

Changes to:
A flesh-tone color. Use the light color and add shading with the medium and dark colors, otherwise your character will look sunburnt.

Shoe/Hair Color

Light color - Red: 0, Green: 255, Blue: 0
Medium color - Red: 0, Green: 192, Blue: 0
Dark color - Red: 0, Green: 128, Blue: 0

Changes to:
A brownish color that can be used for shoes, brown hair, or blonde hair. For brown, use the dark color and add lighting with the medium color. For yellow/blonde, use the light color and add shading with only the medium color.

White/Beige

Light color - Red: 0, Green: 255, Blue: 255
Medium color - Red: 0, Green: 192, Blue: 192
Dark color - Red: 0, Green: 128, Blue: 128

Changes to:
The light color will change to a pure white (recommended for eyes), while the medium and dark colors become two shades of beige.

Pants Color
Light color - Red: 0, Green: 0, Blue: 255
Medium color - Red: 0, Green: 0, Blue: 192
Dark color - Red: 0, Green: 0, Blue: 128

Changes to:
A blue color, unless you're on the Blue team, then it will change to red.

Secondary Team Color

Light color - Red: 192, Green: 192, Blue: 255
Medium color - Red: 128, Green: 128, Blue: 255
Dark color - Red: 64, Green: 64, Blue: 255

Changes to:
If your playing on team:
Red, this color becomes yellow.
Green, this color becomes red.
Yellow, this color becomes blue.
Blue, this color becomes purple.

Other Colors

Outline - Red: 128, Green: 128, Blue: 128
Background - Red: 255, Green: 0, Blue: 255

When you're done, outline your character using the outline color (this will turn white when you are shielded, and black when you're not) , and if you haven't done so already, fill the background with the background color.

That should help, I think.
