« on: March 11, 2007, 01:37:01 PM »
this is my third attempt to do this, but i thinks this'll work,
its a really l33t mod so i dont want it to go to waste,
the pack is about 8MB worth of space, until you unzip it.
you guys can proboly figure out the rest right?
 :WAhpy:
And this time Im posting screen shots, so go ahead and put this up on the wiki.

No, not really. All he did was make the SFX, which was replaced by Gadouken's. Besides, he already has his own map.

um hey, I'm gonna sound like a n00b for asking this but how do I actually use a mod, and get it to work properly instead of the classic pack/mod/version/whatever??  Help me with this please.  Oh, and I'm asking around if anyone wants to try to make a Final Fantasy Mod.  Give me your opinion, I'll be setting up a topic soon.

I believe that people have been calling a "mod" a complete game repackaged up.  It could have modifications made to the SuperMarioWar.exe or not.  Pretty much it should be a new game based on the original Super Mario War.  The difference between that and a gfx pack is that the pack is a set of gfx files that you can plug into your existing super mario war.  The advantage of this is that your gfx pack can run on all platforms super mario war has been released to and mods usually only work for the platforms supported by the binary released with the mod.
