after seeing 26x26 for some time i think it really might be too small. i guess i'll go for 32x32 then. ;)

dude... with 32 by 32 you wouldnt even be able to use your pic... btw is that you or some1 else?  :lol:  Cuz i saw your gmail pic and it looks different from that. Is your gmail pic the real deal?

why do u want to limit the size?

conclusion (although probably implemented after the first public alpha):

avatars will be uploaded at whatever-you-wish and resized to 48x48 as base size. blahblah will resize avatars to different sizes as needed. it works rather well for upcoming.org, where sometimes avatars are as small as 8x8 pixels.

although i don't plan to use that small avatars in blahblah ;) ... though if it evolves into an even more chatty application..... .... forget that ;)
