Actually To Clarify

actually to clarify, i deleted the super mario warld mod but kept the level (i created the level in super mario warld  then redownloaded the mod

If yes, I don't think you'll be able to edit the maps you made in the Super Mario Warld mod. The mod and SMWar have different tilesets, and if the editor can't locate the tilesets which are used in the SMWarld mod, it won't be able to load the map.
You have two choices: Either you put the tilesets from the SMWarld mod into the normal game (folder to put it in: [main folder]/gfx/packs/tilesets), or you edit them in the SMWarld mod level editor.

no i said i'm trying to edit the landscape of art map which is created in mrmister's super mario warld mod and i'm trying to edit it using mrmister's super mario warld mod
