[Comic Mini-Series] Boogirl Saves (Semi-72-related)
« on: April 24, 2016, 04:20:08 AM »
I figured it's been a while since I've made comics, so I decided to start a new series of shorts about Boogirl (a character made up by Ultra_Mario, a female counterpart to Booman) saving people from monsters of all kinds. Now, this is a new type of comic for me in the sense that there are going to be characters from 72 lore, as well as ones that me and my buds have come up with, but I'll try to make these in a way where you can still enjoy them even if you don't get the references.

Here's episode 1 part 1/1
Fair warning: some characters may swear like crazy
Spoiler
Hope you enjoy.

Dayum, has it been almost an entire year since I've posted the last one? Oh well.

Now I'm posting this as an imgur album since it's 7 pages long. Yep, pages, I kind of took on a bit of a proper format. The only problem is my software started working against me and kept crashing, probably something about the vector layers being buggy, and I ended up rushing it, so no shading save for like 2 pages (though I still think this flat color style is better than the mishmash of shading I'd always do in previous parts.)

I might just adopt a simpler style like that if I'm going to make more of these just so finishing them off doesn't take forever. (Note: I started this in December but life got in the way.)
