The C/C++ Libraries were dynamically linked but not included in the download, so you may get errors about missing MSVCR71.dll and MSVCP71.dll

Download them from www.dll-files.com and put them with Super Mario War and you will be able to play :)

It would be preferable for the appropriate people to repackage the project with all the dependencies...

Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble with this. Everything works perfectly fine except for trying to get multiple controllers to work.

I'm testing the Wii U GC adapter to work with PC and its working just fine. I set player one controller and player two controller to "vJoy Device" which is what the computer is reading it as. I can set the controls to the buttons I want without any problems. The problem is that player one can control things just fine, but when I try to do anything with controller two, nothing happens.

Is this because the device that it's reading from is just the one Wii U GC adapter even though their are four ports for the 4 GC controllers able to be plugged in?

Is the GC adapter kind of like a usb interface with 4 GC ports to connect controllers to? I have something like this for two SNES controllers to connect through 1 usb port. Windows reads the first controller as buttons 1 through i think 12, but then for the second its 13 through 24. It thinks of the two controllers as being only one joystick. This might be what is happening for you too.
