I was wondering if it was worth 55$ to upgrade from a Nvidia 8600 GT to a Nvidia 8600 GTS

You already have a fine GFX Card, it's better then mine and my card and everything runs fine with it. UNLESS you want to play Crysis, I don't think you need a better card.

no.  get a 9X00 series card if you are going to go all out for a card.

The only good 9 series card is the 9800, Otherwise the 8800 is better. But, I only hve a 350W Power Supply, so. :/

at least you dont have a slim-lined cpu that supports only low-profile cards with only 170W power like I do :p
